View Submitted Forms in Assets

Overview

You can view forms submitted for a specific asset directly from its profile in the Salus mobile app. You can also view all submitted forms across all sites and assets from the Forms tab.

View submitted forms for a specific asset

Use this method when you want to see all forms submitted for a particular piece of equipment or asset.

  1. Tap My Toolkit in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap Assets.
  3. On the Select an Asset Type screen, tap the asset type you want. Use Search Asset Types to narrow the list.
  4. Tap the specific asset from the Assets list. Use Search Assets to find it quickly.
  5. On the Asset Detail screen, tap Forms.

The Associated Forms screen opens, showing all forms submitted for this asset. Use Search Assets Forms or the filter icon to find a specific form.

View all submitted forms via the Forms tab

The Forms tab gives you a broader view of submitted forms across all sites and assets, including forms submitted by other workers if you have permission to view them.

  1. Tap Forms in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap the Submitted tab.

Submitted forms appear in a list grouped by date. Each entry shows the form name, the time it was submitted, the site it was submitted at, and a review status badge if the form is pending review.

Use the Search Form Templates field at the top to search by form name, or tap the filter icon to narrow results.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't find a form I submitted. What should I do?

Go to the Forms tab and tap Submitted. Use the search field to search by form name. If it still doesn't appear, check that you are signed into the correct account and that the form was fully submitted and not left as a draft. If the form did not sync properly, open the form, tap More (···) in the top right, tap Support, then tap Manage Unsynced Changes. Resolving any unsynced changes will push the form to the Submitted list.

What does the Pending Review badge mean?

Some forms are configured to require review by an admin or supervisor before they are considered complete. The Pending Review badge means the form has been submitted but has not yet been reviewed.

Can I see forms submitted by other workers?

Yes, if you have the appropriate permissions. The Forms tab Submitted view can show forms submitted by other workers across all sites and assets. If you do not see other workers' forms, contact your Salus admin to confirm your account has the correct access level.

The Associated Forms screen shows "No submitted forms found". What does that mean?

No forms have been submitted for that specific asset yet. If you expected to see forms there, confirm that the forms were submitted with the correct asset selected.
