There are several ways to contact us as a customer of SALUS.
- Submit a request directly here.
- Via the chat icon in the SALUS desktop Platform.
- Via the SALUS mobile app. Go to My toolkit to call or email and we’ll route your inquiry.
Our technical support team has the ability to address or route your inquiry appropriately. In the case it is more suitable as a conversation with a customer success team advisor, a “general inquiry” request will be reviewed and assessed if a team member should reach out to you to discuss.
Shown below is the desktop & mobile approach to contacting us:
FAQ:
Can I just simply call or email you?
- Of course you can! You can call us directly at: 1-833-937-3007
- Or Email us at: support@salussafety.io
Are there resources to help me find my own answer?
Yes, you can access our Knowledge Center here.
What is a General inquiry vs. Technical support question or Product feedback?
There are three areas in which you can direct your request.
- Technical support Question or issue - you want to know how to do something in SALUS and need assistance or you are experiencing an issue.
- General inquiry - You have a non-technical question and more so want to chat with someone about the subscription, training or best practices.
- Product feedback - talk to us about your use case you have and why it’s important to your business.
Can I share this contact information with our field level workers?
Yes, we are here to help support any questions related to the SALUS platform. We actually encourage you to contact us directly if you had an issue so we can speak directly and troubleshoot the issue faster. Help us help you!
What if I just want additional training?
We conduct Salus Live training webinars regularly that you can attend live or via recordings here.
How long will it take to get a response after I submit a request?
If it’s a technical support request we aim to get back to you as soon as possible. If a SALUS Custom Success team member is required, we will call or email you back within one business day to address your request.
