Shared Links for Forms
A shared link generates a URL that shows submitted forms in real time to people outside Salus, such as a general contractor or client. Use it to share progress on a form without sending individual emails or setting up a webhook.
Steps
- Click Forms in the left sidebar.
- Click the Shared Links tab.
- Click New Shared Link.
In the Create New Shared Link window, fill in:
Link Name
A label to identify this link later in your Shared Links list.
Site
The site whose form activity this link will show.
Form Title
The specific form this link will track submissions for.
Worker
Narrows the link to submissions from a specific worker, if needed.
-
Click Create Link.
Your new link appears in the Shared Links table. Click the copy icon next to the URL to copy it, or use the icons in the Actions column to generate a QR code for it or delete it.
What Happens Next
Anyone with the link can view matching form submissions in real time without needing a Salus account. The link stays live and up to date until you delete it.
