Steps | Fill out a form
1. Click on “Forms” to access your forms.
2. Click on the "+ Create Form" button to start a new form.
3. Select the form of your choice from the drop-down, choose a site, and click "Create Digital Form."
Note: When uploading a PDF form, you will be prompted to select the site before uploading and then select workers associated with the form after upload. The uploaded form will be filed under the selected site and worker profile.
