Share forms with your Subcontractors

You now have the tools to quickly and easily share your forms with all the unsubscribed subcontractors in your network.

What will this not do ?

This sharing action will not impact any subscribed subcontractor inside SALUS.

How does form sharing impact the Unsubscribed subcontractors ?

    • When you, as a Prime, share a form with your unsubscribed subcontractor, they will only see the shared forms starting a New Form

What about unsubscribed subcontractors with multiple Primes ?

    1. An unsubscribed subcontractor working with multiple Primes (SALUS users), will see the shared forms only in New Forms of all Primes that share their forms with the subcontractor
    2. In case of multiple shared forms with the same name and Form Type, the Prime name will be visible in the list view to help the subcontractor pick the right form

What happens if I update a form that has been shared with my subcontractors?

  • If you edit a form that has been shared with your subcontractors those changes will get applied to the same form for all of your subcontractors
