Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to select a site when creating a worker from the Workers tab?
No, it's optional. You can give them site access right away, or add them to a site later from the Sites tab.
Can I add more than one worker to a site at once?
Yes. The "Add Worker To Site" field accepts multiple existing workers at once.
Where do I see a subcontractor worker's forms and certificates?
Click into their profile from the company's Workers tab.
What roles can I choose when adding a subcontractor worker?
The roles available belong to that subcontractor's own company, not yours. If the role you need doesn't exist yet, it needs to be created within their company first.
