Viewing & Managing Subcontractor Workers

The SALUS Subcontractor Portal gives you the ability to view and manage the workers in all of your subcontractor companies. This includes adding new workers to the system and giving them access to the sites they need. Let’s get started!

Adding Workers to a Subcontractor Company

  1. Log in to SALUS Desktop and navigate to the Subcontractors page.
  2. Select the company you want to add a worker to.



  3. Select the Workers tab.
  4. Click the “Add Worker” button.



  1. Fill in all of the details for the worker and click “Create”.
    • First Name, Last Name, Role and Email are all required fields
    • Don’t forget to select the project(s) you want them to have access to


Once a subcontractor’s worker profile is in the system, you have the ability to view all of their forms and certificates from within the Workers tab by clicking on their profile.


Adding a Subcontractor Worker to a Site

  1. Log in to SALUS Desktop and navigate to the Subcontractors page.
  2. Click on the company whose workers you want to add to a site.



  3. Hover over the site you want to add the worker to and then click the “Add Workers” button.



  4. Select the worker you want to add and then click on “Add Worker”.
