The SALUS Subcontractor Portal allows you to connect with your subcontractors to streamline your visibility into their on site safety documentation. Before you can begin actively using the portal, you must start by connecting with your subcontractors, whether they already exist in the system or not. Let’s get started!
Sending an Invitation to a Subcontractor:
- Log in to the SALUS desktop and navigate to the Subcontractors page.
- Click on the “Invitations” tab.
- Click the “+Invite Subcontractor” button.
- Search for the subcontractor by name to find out if they are already using SALUS. Use the Country, and Province/State filters to only search your region. If they come up in your search click “Connect” and proceed to the next step. If not, skip to step 6.
- Select the site(s) you want to give them access to and then click “Send Invite”.
- If the company does not exist in SALUS click on the “Can’t find subcontractor?” button.
- Enter the name of the company as well as the phone number and email address for the recipient of the invitation. Select the site(s) you want them to have access to from the dropdown. You can send multiple invitations at once by clicking the “Add New Row” button.
- Once your invitations are ready click the “Send Invite” button.
- You can revisit the Invitations tab at any time to monitor the status of your sent invitations. If you need to resend one, simply hover over that invitation and click on the “Resend Invite” button.
