In Salus, it is not possible to completely remove a subcontractor from a site. This restriction is in place to preserve data integrity and ensure that no data associated with a site is lost. However, you can deactivate a site for a subcontractor. To do this, follow these steps:

Navigate to Subcontractors > Active Subcontractors.

Select the subcontractor for whom you wish to archive the site.

Hover over the site in the subcontractor sites list.

Click the Archive Site icon.
Note:
If you have accidentally added a subcontractor to a site and there is no data attached to this subcontractor (e.g., no forms, documents, workers, or check-in data), you can submit a request to have this subcontractor removed from the site. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or the Customer Support Team for assistance.
