Site Orientations on Mobile

Once you have a site orientation workflow up and running, you can use the SALUS mobile app to gain insights into your site orientations — including who has or hasn’t completed their orientation, and which objects are still missing.

Here’s how:

Orientations visible at site level
Orientations are visible at the site level. Begin by navigating to the Sites tab and selecting a site.
Orientation status details
1. Your orientation status for this site will be displayed here. Tap on it to view workflows you’ve completed, those in progress, or to start a new orientation.

2. Tap here to access available orientation workflows for this site. This can be used instead of scanning a QR code.

3. Tap here to see a full list of workers added to the site and view their orientation status.

Completing an Orientation on Behalf of Someone Else

Some users might not have the ability to scan a QR code themselves or might not even have a mobile device. In this scenario, a Site Access or Full Access user can complete an orientation for another person on their own device. Here’s how it works:

Navigate to Site screen and select Workers
Navigate to a Site screen and select Workers.
Select worker from list
Select the worker you want to conduct an orientation for from the list, then tap Orientation.
Start Orientation button
Tap the blue Start Orientation button.
Select orientation workflow
Select the orientation workflow you wish to use. In certain situations, there may be more than one option to choose from.
Orientation object list
You will now see all of the objects in that orientation workflow. You can begin completing them on behalf of the worker.
