Workers contains a list and key actions for all workers that have been added to your company. This is the central area for you to manage and track them.

Note: One profile is set up per worker. Regardless of how many sites the worker is assigned to, all documents and forms are saved under one profile – where you can filter and sort for specifics.

You can perform the following actions in the Workers area:

  • Add a worker to the platform
    • Export (export your worker list to create an Excel sheet)
    • Invite Worker (for users that already have a SALUS account)
    • Create Worker (for creating a new account in SALUS)

  • View and edit a worker’s profile and their related paperwork. In a worker’s profile you have access to the following categories:
    • Certificates
    • Forms
    • Documents
    • Notes
    • Settings
    • Site Access
    • Company Access
