Deactivate or Reactivate a Worker
Overview
Deactivating a worker removes their access to Salus without permanently deleting their profile or historical data. Use this when a worker leaves a project, is no longer with the company, or should no longer be able to log in.
Deactivated workers can be reactivated at any time. Their profile, certificates, forms, and history are all preserved.
Deactivate a Worker
- Click Workers in the left navigation menu.
- Click the name of the worker you want to deactivate.
- Click Deactivate in the top right corner of the worker's profile.
Warning: Deactivation takes effect immediately. There is no confirmation dialog. The worker loses access to Salus as soon as you click Deactivate.
The worker is removed from the Active tab and moved to the Deactivated tab. Their profile, certificates, forms, and history remain intact.
