Digital Forms and Documents

Forms

Salus Mobile provides digital forms for workers to fill out at any time and can be used repeatedly. It saves the forms you have in progress, and keeps a record of the forms you’ve submitted so you can refer back to these at any time. If you’re a Foreman, you can fill out a form on behalf of a group, and share the filled in form to other workers to sign and submit under their own name – saving them the time and trouble of filling it out themselves.

Examples of typical forms include:

  • Daily hazard assessment
  • Site hazard report
  • Vehicle Inspection
  • Incident Report

For more information, see Forms Overview

Documents

Documents are uploaded to the platform as PDFs, images or videos and are available for all workers with read/write access to organize as they see fit. Once signed, the document is filed under your profile (and linked to a site if relevant), while the source document is kept in its original condition so other workers can access it in the future.

Examples of typical documents include:

  • Safe work procedures
  • Policies and procedures

Real time Actions and Notifications

The inbox brings your attention to actions and notifications which are tagged to your worker profile for attention. Your actions and communications for the day pop up in this area to serve as reminders to keep you organized with what you need to do.

Check In

Check In and Check Out from the sites you’re working on easily through Salus Mobile. Adhere to your obligations and site controls by performing this simple action from the mobile device in your pocket – which updates the Salus Platform in real time and gives other workers the visibility of your availability and whereabouts.

Certificate management

Upload your safety certificates to the platform using Salus Mobile. Use the Certificates feature to take a photo of your certificate and enter its details. This is stored on the platform and can be accessed by your Company Admin and included in reporting. See a list of all of your uploaded certificates all in one place with their expiry dates visible – replace them and upload one in place when necessary.

Asset management

The asset management feature allows you to digitize forms related to assets and fleet vehicles, enabling seamless integration into your company’s workflows for effective tracking and management. Maintenance requirements and upcoming reminders keep you organized with the actions you need to execute to manage the inventory.

Typical documents and forms include:

  • Pre and post-trip inspections
  • Damage/maintenance
