Salus Mobile requirements

Salus Mobile requirements

Overview

Salus Mobile works anywhere your device has an internet connection. Forms and documents you've already opened are cached, so you can still access them without a connection. On a slow or limited data connection, switching your device to airplane mode can help, since load screens are often just waiting on a sync attempt.

Login Details

How you get access to Salus Mobile depends on your role:

Company Admin

Access is provided by Salus Support via email, or upon request.

We recommend Company Admins use Salus Desktop for administrative work. Salus Mobile does include additional Admin features and permissions, but Desktop is easier to navigate for that kind of work.

Foreman, Safety Advisor, Worker

Access is provided by your Company Admin. You'll typically get an email with a link to download the app and set up your login. You can also initiate this yourself by downloading the app first and setting yourself up.

Use it when: setting up a new team member on Salus Mobile.

Device Requirements

Android

Minimum Android 8.0. Minimum 6GB of system RAM, 8GB or more recommended.

Apple/iOS

Minimum iOS 15. Minimum 4GB of system RAM, 6GB or more recommended.

These are minimums. We recommend as new a device and OS version as possible for the best experience.

Salus released an entirely new standalone Android app in October 2024. If you or your team still has the old app (now labeled "SALUS - Legacy"), download the current app from the Play Store instead.
