👤 Enhanced Role Management for Company Admins
We've updated the SALUS platform to enhance role management for Company Admins. This upgrade empowers Company Admins to view, edit, and create basic roles, set default roles, and distinguish between basic and custom-permissioned roles.
This change aims to reduce your reliance on SALUS support for most of your role management use cases, although our team remains ready to assist you with complex custom roles and permissions. You can access these new features under the Worker > Roles tab in SALUS desktop app.
🧭 Improved Forms Navigation
Based on user feedback, we've enhanced the Forms screens on the SALUS platform. We've added "Created On" and "Created by" columns to the data table for better tracking. Additionally, new filters for Form Type, Submitted Date, and Last Modified date have been introduced to facilitate more efficient and relevant searches. These updates aim to streamline your experience and improve search functionality.
📤 Simplified Form Sharing with Subcontractors
We've updated the SALUS platform to make sharing forms with your subcontractors straightforward. Just check a box to share any Form from your library, and the updates you make will automatically sync, ensuring subcontractors always have the latest version. This new feature removes the need for SALUS support for minor and regular form changes and improves efficiency.
We've also upgraded the Form Template Library view. New columns now show who has access, the form type, and the last update date. Plus, with filters for Form Type, Shared With, and Publish Status, managing form templates is now more streamlined and user-friendly. These enhancements help you easily navigate and control your form templates.

These enhancements include interface tweaks, such as updates to components like comboboxes and text input areas, and functional improvements like better authorization handling and user role displays. We also focus on enhancing navigation, like adding breadcrumbs for easier movement within the platform. Additionally, we're always expanding our support for multiple languages with extensive translations, ensuring that the platform works seamlessly for everyone, everywhere.

- Enhanced form functionality allowing multiple forms to be attached to sites
