📚✨ Form Library Upgrades
Through our consistent initiative of working with our customers, we identified some small yet powerful and a few game changing updates to the Form builder in SALUS.
🗂️ Updated Form Library Navigation
Have a long list of forms in the library? Our latest update introduces intuitive filters for Status (Published/Unpublished), Shared with (Company or Subcontractors), and Form Type. Combined with Form Title search, you can quickly find the specific form template you want to update.
📝 Role-Based Form Access
Our latest update allows you to control access to form templates based on user roles. This feature lets you decide which roles can submit specific forms, streamlining workflows and ensuring workers see only the forms they need.
To set it up, simply go to Forms > Library, select a form, and choose the roles that need access. This update enhances efficiency and compliance by reducing unnecessary form clutter.

📎 Expanded Attachment Options 🎥 PDF
We've enhanced the attachment capabilities in our mobile apps. Now, in addition to JPGs and PNGs, you can also attach videos and PDF files to your safety forms. This upgrade broadens the types of media you can include, making your documentation more comprehensive and versatile.

📷 Scan-in Your Paper Form ✨
Have a completed paper form but don't have the SALUS app? No problem. With our latest update, you can use a SALUS QR Code provided by the Prime to scan and submit your paper form directly into SALUS.
Quick Lookup Subcontractor Company Code
While speaking to on-filed Foreman and Supervisors, we learnt that often times Subtrade workers would show up without an account in SALUS and in these cases, looking up the SALUS Subcontractor company code was not the most efficient process. We updated our Mobile apps to speed up onboarding subcontractor workers by quickly finding the SALUS Subcontractor Company Code in your SALUS App. Go to My ToolKit > Subcontractor list.
Create Certificates with PDF files
Many of our customers requested the ability to use PDF files for certificates. With the latest app updates, you can now create or update certificates using PDF files stored on your mobile device.
