Company Admins can now control form access based on user roles. This update helps field workers see only relevant forms, improving focus and efficiency.
📋 Site Orientation Tracking
We've introduced a new capability for better managing site orientations. Now, you can easily track and ensure workers have completed their site orientations.
Key Features:
- Orientation Compliance: View which workers have signed an orientation form for a specific site.
- Worker Records: Check all orientation forms a worker has signed from the Sites > Workers section.
- Retained Records: Orientation signatures are retained even if a worker is deactivated and then reactivated.
This update makes it easier to manage and verify site orientation compliance, improving safety and organization on your job sites.
