Switching to the New SALUS Android App
SALUS rebuilt the Android app from the ground up. The new app replaces the original version entirely. It is faster, more stable, and includes all current SALUS features. The legacy app is no longer supported.

What Changed
The new SALUS Android app is a standalone replacement, not a standard update. It has a different package and a new icon with a white background. The old app, now labelled SALUS – Legacy in the Google Play Store, has a blue background icon and is no longer supported.
Because it is a new app rather than an update, you need to install it separately. The legacy app will not update into the new one automatically.
How to Switch
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Search for SALUS.
- Select the app with the white background icon. This is the new SALUS app.
- Tap Install.
- Once installed, open the new app and sign in with your existing SALUS credentials.
- Uninstall the old app from your device. Search for SALUS – Legacy on your device or in the Play Store and remove it.
Your Data
Nothing is lost when you switch. The new app connects to the same SALUS server as the old one. All your submitted forms, certificates, and documents are available immediately after you sign in.
