As part of our continuous effort to improve out product for out customers we have been working behind the scenes to re-build the SALUS Android app from the ground up. With this new app comes a smoother, snappier experience as well as all of the latest and great product enhancements that SALUS has to offer. This article will tell you everything you need to know about this transition.
What is Happening?
This change includes an entirely new stand alone Android app and is different from our typical upgrades yo the existing Android app. Completing this upgrade will you require you to remove your current Android app from your device and then downloading the new one.
How Do I Make this Happen?
There is no reason to wait, the new SALUS Android app is available right now! Simply navigate to the Google Play store, search for SALUS and download the app (the one with the white background) to your device. The old version of the app (the one with the blue background) is now labelled as "SALUS - Legacy".
How Much Time do I Have?
The legacy SALUS Android app will cease to function October 27, 2024. Until that day you will continue to see in app reminders on a regular basis asking you to make the switch.
What Will Happen To My Data?
Absolutely nothing! The new Android app runs on the same server as the current one. All of you submitted forms, certificates and documents will be waiting for you the moment you make the switch.
