Enhanced Certificate Viewing Experience: Easily view certificates with a single click through our new pop-up feature. This improvement allows you to retain your filter settings in the background while you focus on a specific certificate, ensuring a seamless management process

Increased Visibility into Unapproved Certificates: Stay ahead of your backlog with enhanced visibility into unapproved certificates. This update provides a clearer overview, making it easier to manage pending approvals efficiently.

Streamlined Approval Flow: Experience a tighter and smoother approval process with reduced clicks. This refinement aids admins in managing certificates more easily, further optimizing the certificate handling experience.

Our latest update adds more breadcrumbs to the web portal, as a part of our ongoing initiative to boost performance and improve your navigation experience. Find your way with ease and efficiency!

  1. Corrected check-in date display to accurately reflect current date, eliminating past date errors
  2. Resolved issue in bulk delete feature for Draft forms
  3. Addressed the issue preventing correct counting of corrective actions on the site dashboard
  4. Fixed required field validation trigger for Multi Attachment fields in web version forms
  5. Resolved mobile-to-web data sync issue, ensuring submitted forms on iOS and Android apps automatically appear in the web version without needing daily "Resubmit" actions for updates
