Release Update - December 2025

Relative Date Picker for Form Search

When setting a submitted date filter, you can now choose relative dates like last week or last month.

Saved Searches for Forms

You can now save and name a given form search so you can easily come back to it. The saved search also creates a unique URL so you can easily bookmark it. For example, this allows you to configure a search to find all of the forms you need to review on Friday mornings. Now you can save that search so when you are ready to review them, you simply need to select the saved search or click a bookmark rather than configuring all the filters each time.

Edit or Disable Asset Reminders

You can now edit or disable existing Asset reminders. Asset reminders can be used to easily schedule regular maintenance of safety checks across your entire fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Archived Forms Tab

You can now access any archived forms via a new sub-tab on the Forms screen.

Easier Access to Safety Assistant

You can now access the SALUS Safety Assistant from the top bar of SALUS, making it even easier to leverage our AI functionality.

Site Tag Endpoint in Dev API

Site tags, which allow users to organize and group sites by things such as region, division, or company, are now available via our API through a direct endpoint that allows you to pull the complete list of UDF values. This makes it even easier to integrate SALUS with complex software and IT environments, even where complex hierarchical relationships exist.

Friendly Message for Expired Demos

When attempting to log into a demo account that is expired, we will allow you to login but let you know that the account has expired, meaning you won’t be able to do anything with it.

Site Access Dashboards

All dashboard reports are now accessible to Site Access workers such as Supers, Foreman, or Regional Managers. They’ll see all the great reporting that used to be available only to Company Admins, but limited to just the sites they have access to. This makes it much easier for customers with different regions or districts to ensure every middle manager has the data they need.

Custom Webhook Emails

Many of our customers use webhooks to send thousands of notifications about created, completed, or pending review forms every day. We’re making all of these emails even more useful to the people or third-party systems that receive them by allowing you to customize the subject and message of each email. This will allow you to make sure the critical info appears directly in your inbox, such as the site, form template, or submitter.

Video and Image Viewer

When you upload videos or images to your Documents, you can now view the content directly in SALUS, along with key info such as which Sites the files are added to. This makes it easier to manage all of your safety and compliance documentation in SALUS, including media content.

Orientations Bug Fix - Existing Form

If you’ve already started a form as part of an orientation, this form will not be pulled up if you scan the orientation again at a later time. Previously, the system would just create a new form every time.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Press the ALT or OPTION key to see a list of keyboard shortcuts that allow you to navigate SALUS faster.

Embed Videos and PDFs in Forms (mobile)

You are now able to embed videos or PDFs directly in forms from your SALUS documents, so users can see thumbnails and easily play the video (or open the PDF) with just one tap, without needing to open a new tab or move away from the form. This can be used to easily insert short safety videos or PDF safety tips directly into form workflows such as when filling out a job hazard assessment. (Mobile app support)

Worker and Asset QR Codes

Our users love the convenience of QR Codes and were asking for more of them, specifically the ability to download and print QR Codes that linked to a worker’s profile. Now in the Worker list, there is a new button to open the QR code, which can be shared via either download or copying the short code link.

LMS in Mobile App

SALUS LMS is already the most powerful LMS option that’s already seamlessly integrated into SALUS. Now it’s even easier to use with full support in our mobile app. Access the LMS seamlessly, without needing to login again, by going to “My Toolkit” in the mobile app and tapping on LMS.
