GCs Can Approve Sub Forms
GCs can now review and approve or reject Subcontractor forms. While this was technically possible previously, we have now ensured that when your Sub submits your forms for approval on your site, they will appear in your list of forms to Review. The company of the reviewer will also be printed on the form so it’s clear which company reviewed the form.
Open Doc on Sign Page
When opening a Document on web, it now opens directly to the sign page so you can easily sign off on documents.
Personalized AI Doc Creation
Load your own documents into SALUS AI so that the Toolbox Talks, PTPs, and Safe Work Procedures our AI creates will be personalized to your own content. Imagine being in the field and needing help filling out a PTP from your own safety manual, with this feature that could be done by AI in seconds.
Simple QR Code Onboarding
We’re updating the entire process from scanning a QR code to access said contents. All the prior pitfalls will be eliminated and the process will be drastically simplified, it won’t even feel like new users are creating an account with SALUS.
Company-wide AI Forms
Forms created in our AI builder are now shared at the company level, meaning more access and easier sharing of the forms you’ve built. Now, company admins will have full visibility into any Forms created by the AI Form Builder.
NOTE: After May 5th date, any Form created with the AI Builder will be deleted. To avoid losing created forms, please save existing forms as a Template.
Sub Access to GC Assets through QR Codes (Web only)
Assets can now be accessed by Subcontractors when they are attached to QR Codes (The Asset QR code itself will not grant Subcontractors access.). In addition, Forms can be linked to the Asset so that all workers are easily able to fill out asset inspection or pre-trip forms without needing to know which form template to select. Note: Mobile is coming later, expected by 5/21.
