Videos in QR Codes
Videos can now be uploaded as documents and attached to QR Codes. When played, the videos cannot be skipped; the entire video must be watched. This can be used with our Orientations module to share safety videos, or any other QR Code use case to easily distribute video content to the field, such as attaching safe operating tips to asset QR codes.
Bulk Approve Certs
We understand that on a large job site, you may have tens of new workers every day. That can mean a lot of certificates need to be approved. For cases where many of the same certificate has been uploaded by workers (for example, after you run an in-person training), you can now bulk approve these certs all at once.
Show Asset and QR Code Name on QR Code
QR codes for assets and bundles now get their name printed on the QR code itself so it’s easy to keep track of which QR code belongs to which asset or bundle. This makes it easier to, for example, stick an asset QR code on each asset on site so workers can easily access maintenance logs and forms associated with that specific asset. Before, it was a nightmare to keep track of which QR code belonged to which asset once printed.
Filter Templates by Shared with Prime
You can now filter your templates by which ones are shared with your Primes, so it’s easy to keep track of which forms are being used internally and which forms are being shared with your partners.
