Password-free Account Creation
We understand how important it is to make SALUS as easy to use as possible for the field. For that reason, we’ve eliminated passwords! Now, when creating an account, we don’t ask you to set a password, we just use a one-time passcode sent to your phone to authenticate you.
Linking Company Orientations to Site Orientations
As part of the new Orientations module, you can now link a Company Orientation to Site Orientations. This means to be orientated for a given site, the worker will be required to complete your Company Orientation. But once they’ve completed it once, they don’t need to do it again for subsequent sites, unless it has expired.
More Robust Add Worker Flow on Mobile
We’ve made it even easier to add workers to your site. Now whether they are not in SALUS at all, in your company but not your site, don’t have an email address, or have already been added to the wrong company, it’s easy to simply get them added to your site so they can get orientated and start signing and submitting forms.
Convert QR Code to Orientation
Now you can upgrade any QR Code to an Orientation Workflow simply by clicking a button on the QR Code configuration page.
Company Orientations
Company Orientations allow you to create orientation workflows without attaching them to a site. This can be used for onboarding new employees, running annual refresher trainings, or building a single orientation for all your sites. Or, you can embed Company Orientations in Site Orientations to support both company-wide and site-specific orientation requirements.
Anonymous Forms
With Anonymous Forms, you can now create QR Codes with Forms that can be submitted by anyone with the link or QR code, no SALUS account required. This feature can be used for things like anonymous Near Miss Reports where you want the reporter’s identity protected, or orientations forms for one-time site visitors where a SALUS account is not needed.
Site Tags
Site Tags can be used to track various site-related details like project type, company division or branch, or geographic region. Define a new tag category in your company settings, then each site’s tag can be set in the Site Settings page.
