Release Update - November 2025

Form Quizzes

As a part of a new Orientations workflow, you can now create quizzes from Forms. Form quizzes allow workers to answer questions in forms with test scores auto-generated. Learn how to create a Form here.

Update Signature on Web

SALUS makes filling out paperwork a breeze. In our mobile app for years you’ve been able to save your signature, speeding up forms by preventing you from having to physically sign every time. We now support this feature on the web as well, so you can get SALUS speed whether you’re using the mobile app or web apps.

Embed Videos and PDFs in Forms (web)

You are now able to embed videos or PDFs directly in forms from your SALUS documents, so users can see thumbnails and easily play the video (or open the PDF) with just one tap, without needing to open a new tab or move away from the form. This can be used to easily insert short safety videos or PDF safety tips directly into form workflows such as when filling out a job hazard assessment. (Web support)

Webhooks by User or Role

Many of our customers use webhooks to send thousands of notifications about created, completed, or pending review forms every day. We’re making these even more useful by allowing you to designate recipients by user or role, ensuring that all the right people are receiving these notifications even if their contact info changes, or personnel leaves the company and is replaced by someone else.

Search Filter Chips

Many of our power users live in SALUS search filters all day, updating and tweaking filters to easily keep track of forms, certificates, incidents, assets, or any other SALUS module. To make this process easier, all your active search filters will now appear as chips below the filters. This way, a quick glance tells you everything you need to know about your current filters, and one click on the X icon next to each one will remove it instantly.

OS/Native Share Docs and Folders

You’re now able to share documents and folders via the built-in browser sharing functionality. This makes it extremely easy to share documents with others via whichever method you prefer such as text message, WhatsApp, email, etc. Note this is handled differently depending on your browser, e.g. it is not supported in Firefox.

Bulk Mark as Orientated

With the new Orientations module, it’s incredibly easy to run Orientations in SALUS for all Workers. With this new feature, it’s also incredibly easy to simply mark many workers as Orientated who did not go through SALUS. Simply bulk select Workers on a Site screen and choose Mark Orientation as Completed. Note this feature is only available on Web.

Show all Selected Items in Dropdowns

When multiple items are selected in a drop-down, the selected items will not automatically sort to the top, so it is easier to quickly see which items are selected.

Standardizing Button Styles

Minor changes to buttons that make them more consistent and easier for engineers to use.

More User Friendly Search Filters

Searching forms and other items in SALUS just got a lot easier. You can now more easily see which filters are applied and access key features such as customizing columns.

Updated Sorts in Work Certificates Tab

We now default to showing approved, unexpired certificates at the top of the list, among other improvements, to make it easier to quickly see which certificates a given worker has or needs to update.

Auto-Accept Unpaid Sub Invites

Invites sent to Subs that are unpaid no longer need to be accepted, they auto-connect.

Site Tags in Forms

Site Tags are now available as variable fields in Forms. Note: they are labeled Site Tag One, Two, Three for now, will use actual category names in upcoming release.

View All Doc Signatures

Easily view all signatures for any document with just one click.

Worker Filter in Shared Forms Links

Sharing forms just got even easier! You can already create shared links to share a live feed of specific forms from specific sites, but you can now do so for specific workers as well.
