Overview
Rosie can generate a new safety document for your Documents portal in seconds, drawing on industry safety laws, standards, and recommendations, so you don't have to start from a blank page.
Note: This is a Beta feature and should be considered experimental. Results may not be fully accurate, so human review is always recommended.
Generate a Document
- Click Documents in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the AI Drafts tab.
- Under Choose Document Type, select the type of document you want to create.
- Describe what you need in the Prompt field. The page suggests a few starting points, like a pre-task plan, a safe work procedure, or a toolbox talk.
- Under Select Documents Source, choose whether to draw from your company's own documents, public safety resources, or both.
- Click Generate Document.
Tip: If you have access to Rosie, you can also just ask Rosie directly to generate a document for you, instead of using this page.
Filter Public Safety Documents
Checking Public Safety Documents reveals optional filters, so you can narrow down which public sources Rosie draws from:
- Filter by Region: Country and State/Province, both optional.
- Document Type: Regulation, Standard, Manual/Handbook, Policy/Procedure, Report/Study, Form/Checklist, Training Material, Safety Alert/Bulletin, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and Other. All optional, and any combination can be selected.
Use the Generated Document
Once a document is generated, you can copy the text and paste it into an existing document, or download it as a DOCX file.
Related: A generated document can also be used to build a form. Convert it to PDF first (all DOCX and most document types can be printed or converted to PDF), then follow Using the AI Form Builder.
