Overview
Rosie can convert an existing PDF form into a digital Salus form. Upload one or more PDFs, and Rosie reads them and builds a ready-to-use form template automatically, saving you from rebuilding it field by field.
Note: AI makes mistakes. Always review the generated form and adjust as needed before publishing it.
Digitize a PDF Form
- Click Forms in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the AI Form Builder tab.
- Click Create Form.
- In the Create Form with Rosie popup, click Select PDF Forms and choose the PDF (or PDFs) you want to convert.
- Click Send.
Check the Build Status
After sending a PDF, it appears in the AI Form Builder list with its file name, the time it was submitted, and a status of Running. How long this takes depends on the length and complexity of the PDF, anywhere from a few minutes to over 20 minutes.
Tip: You don't need to stay on this page while a form is Running. Navigate away and check back later, it'll switch to Completed on its own.
Use the Generated Form
- Once the status shows Completed, click that row to open View AI Form.
- Click Use Result. This opens the generated form in the form builder.
- Review every element on the generated form to confirm it looks and works as expected, and make any adjustments needed.
- Give the form a title, select a form type, and review any other applicable settings.
- Click Create to publish the form and make it available to your company's Salus users.
What Happens Next
Once published, the new form is available to your company's Salus users just like any other form template. The entry in the AI Form Builder list stays there afterward, so you can revisit the original PDF or Job ID later if needed.

What file format does my existing form need to be in?
PDF. Only PDF is currently supported. Most document types, including DOCX, can be printed or converted to PDF first.

Can I upload more than one PDF at a time?
Yes. Select PDF Forms supports choosing more than one file to submit at once.

Users with Full Access permissions, since it builds and publishes form templates for the whole company.
