Overview
AI Certificate Review helps cut down the time spent reviewing unapproved certificates. Rosie reviews them automatically in the background, so admins can quickly see which certificates are likely ready for approval and which still need a closer look, instead of opening and checking every certificate manually.
Rosie never approves a certificate automatically. Admins always control the final approval decision.
Feature Access: AI Certificate Review is currently available to a limited number of customers. Reach out to Salus if you'd like to try it.
Note: AI reviews aren't retroactive. Certificates uploaded before this feature was enabled show an N/A status.
AI Review Statuses
Pass
Rosie reviewed the certificate and has a high degree of confidence the data is accurate. Provider isn't considered a requirement for a successful review.
Certificates marked Pass can typically be approved without manual review.
Review
Rosie reviewed the certificate but wasn't confident enough to verify the data automatically. This can happen when the image is unclear, information is incomplete, or the certificate name doesn't clearly match an existing certificate type.
Certificates marked Review should be manually reviewed before approval.
N/A
Rosie didn't complete an AI review. This applies to all certificates uploaded before Rosie was activated on your account.
Certificates marked N/A require manual review.
Approve Certificates in Bulk
- Go to Certificates > Unapproved.
- Check the AI Review column for each certificate.
- Click Bulk Approve AI in the top-right corner.
- Confirm the action in the prompt, which shows how many certificates it will affect.
Note: If there are no Pass-status certificates currently visible, clicking Bulk Approve AI shows a message reading "No AI-recommended certificates to approve" instead of the confirmation prompt.
What Happens Next
- The AI Review status appears in the certificate list as soon as Rosie finishes reviewing it.
- Admins can prioritize the certificates that need manual review.
- Certificates marked Pass can be approved individually or in bulk.
- Certificates marked Review or N/A stay available for manual review.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Rosie automatically approve certificates?
No. Rosie only reviews and flags a status. Admins always control the actual approval decision.
What if a certificate was uploaded before this feature was enabled?
It shows an N/A status. AI reviews aren't retroactive, so it requires manual review like any other certificate.
Does the certificate Provider affect the AI review?
No. Provider is not considered a requirement for a successful AI review.
Can I bulk approve everything at once, regardless of status?
No. Bulk Approve AI only approves certificates marked Pass. Certificates marked Review or N/A remain for manual review.
Why would a certificate be marked Review instead of Pass?
Usually because the image is unclear, information is incomplete, or the certificate name doesn't clearly match an existing certificate type.
Is this feature available to everyone?
Not yet. It's currently available to a limited number of customers. Contact Salus if you'd like to try it.
What happens if I click Bulk Approve AI and nothing is marked Pass?
