Overview
Rosie's AI Certificate Review capability helps reduce the time spent reviewing unapproved certificates by allowing Rosie to automatically review them in the background.
Instead of manually opening and checking every certificate, admins can use the AI Review status to quickly identify which certificates are likely ready for approval and which ones still need manual review. This can significantly reduce the amount of time required to manage large volumes of certificates.
Rosie does not automatically approve certificates. Admins still control all approval decisions.
Important:
AI reviews are not retroactive. Certificates uploaded before this feature was enabled will display an N/A status.
Navigation
Certificates
To start leveraging Rosie to review your unapproved certificates, navigate to the "Unapproved" tab on the SALUS certificates screen and take note of the "AI Review" column.
AI Review Statuses
Pass
Pass means Rosie reviewed the certificate and has a high degree of confidence that the certificate data is accurate.
Certificates marked Pass can typically be approved without manual review.
Note that Provider is not considered as a requirement for a successful AI review
Review
Review means Rosie reviewed the certificate but was not confident enough to verify the data automatically.
This can happen when:
- The image is unclear
- Information is incomplete
- The name of the certificate does not clearly match an existing certificate type
Certificates marked Review should be manually reviewed before approval.
N/A
N/A means Rosie did not complete an AI review.
This status will apply to all certificates uploaded to the system prior to the activation of Rosie.
Certificates marked N/A require manual review.
Bulk Approve AI
To approve all certificates marked Pass, click Bulk Approve AI in the top-right corner of the Certificates page.
This immediately approves all visible certificates with an AI Review status of Pass.
Certificates marked Review or N/A are not approved and remain on the list for manual review.
Prior to approving the certificates marks as Pass you will be prompted to confirm that you would like to perform this action which will include the number of certificates it will affect.
What Happens Next
After Rosie reviews a certificate:
- The AI Review status appears in the certificate list
- Admins can prioritize certificates that need manual review
- Certificates marked Pass can be bulk approved
- Certificates marked Review or N/A remain available for manual review
