The assistant learned to search almost everything in Salus, a new mobile home screen went into beta, Android gained one-tap form translation, and AI documents became editable before you keep them — plus 40 fixes.
March was the month the assistant stopped being a document tool. It gained the ability to search corrective actions, orientations, certificates, subcontractors, sites, workers and assets, to find who signed what, and to start a form for you — on a model with enough room to work across many submissions at once. Alongside it, the new mobile home screen opened to beta and orientations got a long list of repairs.

AI chat learns your whole safety programme
Rosie
The assistant went from answering questions about forms and documents to knowing most of what Salus holds. It can search corrective actions, orientations, certificates — including which have expired — subcontractors, sites, workers and assets, find who signed a form or a document, and look up forms by who created or signed them. It can start a form submission for you. Underneath, a model with a far larger context window means it can work across many submitted forms at once rather than a handful, and aggregate them by period so you can compare this week against last.
A new mobile home screen, in beta

A new home screen summarises the forms, actions and messages that need you. Each one drops off the list as it's submitted, closed or read. It's opt-in: your company needs to be added to the beta, and you turn the beta flag on in the app.
Android translates whole form templates
Mobile
A worker can translate an entire form template with one tap. If their phone is set to a different language than the form, Salus suggests the translation and can keep doing it for every form after that. Nothing to enable — it works out of the box. iOS followed in April.
Edit an AI-generated document before you keep it
Rosie
A document the assistant produces can be edited directly in the chat before you save, copy or download it, so what you send out matches your company's policies and tone without leaving Salus.
Company orientations, joined up with site orientations

Where a site orientation also requires a company orientation, field admins can reach the status and detail of both in one click. Completing the site orientation now marks the nested company orientation complete too, and a company orientation can no longer be deactivated while a site orientation still points at it.
Webhooks for anonymous forms
Web
Webhooks can fire for anonymous form submissions, on creation. Webhook variables also read properly now — special characters render correctly, date and time are separated out, and values no longer arrive full of underscores.

The pop-out widget takes the page you're on as context, so questions don't need to explain what you're looking at.

Interactive cards in a conversation hold their state, so a certificate you created still shows as created.

Under the hood
No change you'll see. Most of the month's invisible work was on the assistant's reliability: model fallback so an outage elsewhere doesn't stop a conversation, more retries on failed tool calls, better pagination, more memory for large datasets, and clearer internal instructions about what it can and cannot reach. The rest went into authentication hardening, monitoring and tracing across the login service and both apps, and faster form submission search.
This article covers customer-facing changes with a completion date in March 2026. Internal tooling, infrastructure and security work is summarised under "Under the hood" rather than listed. Dates are when the work was completed, which may be slightly ahead of when it reached your account.
