Forms submitted via email can now be mapped to a specific SALUS form template. This allows them to:

Forms are now more dynamic and engaging:
- Add GIFs directly into forms (Web, iOS, Android)

Form Template Translations

- Translate templates instantly with one click
- Get automatic language suggestions based on device settings
- Enable ongoing auto-translation
No setup required—this works out of the box.
Improved Dashboards for Multi-Site Users
Users with access to multiple sites can now view Forms dashboards specific to their sites (not just company admins). This makes it easier for regional or project-based managers to stay on top of activity.
LMS Deep Linking (Mobile)
You can now create links that open LMS courses directly in the SALUS mobile app—no need for workers to log in again.

More Control Over Orientation Records
- Delete orientation records to revert orientation status back to "Not Started"
- Bulk mark workers as oriented (Company Orientation) to support onboarding from legacy systems

Extended Certificate Expiry Options

Upload Certificates via Rosie
You can now upload a certificate directly into AI Chat. The system will:
- Extract key details (name, type, dates, provider)
- Prompt you to save it to a worker’s profile in one click
Rosie Feedback
Users can now provide feedback on AI responses with:
- đź‘Ť Thumbs up / đź‘Ž thumbs down
- Optional comments for additional context
🛠️ Fixes & Quality Improvements
- Duplicate Document Upload Fix — You can now upload the same document more than once without issues
- Admin Logout Fix — Resolved an issue where admins were forced to log out when switching companies
