Release Update - January 2026

This month’s updates focus on improving collaboration, simplifying workflows, and enhancing accessibility across SALUS.

🆕 New Features & Enhancements

Share Corrective Actions on Web

Corrective Actions can now be shared directly from the SALUS desktop, making it easier to collaborate and follow up with team members without switching to mobile.

Improved Form Sharing (Web)

We’ve made form sharing more flexible and easier to manage:

  • Choose the purpose of sharing (signature, collaboration, or review)
  • Add notes to provide context or instructions
  • Share forms using a QR code—no need to pre-add workers to SALUS
  • Send forms via SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram

These improvements help streamline collaboration and speed up form completion across teams.

Copy Form Templates

You can now duplicate existing form templates with a single click. This makes it easier to create variations of forms without starting from scratch.

How it works:

  1. Open a form template
  2. Click Copy
  3. Edit the new version as needed

Form Template Translations (Web)

Form templates can now be translated instantly:

  • One-click translation for templates
  • Automatic language suggestions based on a worker’s device
  • Option to auto-translate forms going forward

No setup is required—this feature is available by default and helps support multilingual job sites.

Assign Company Orientations by Role

Admins can now assign company orientation requirements based on worker roles. This makes it easier to:

  • Track who is required to complete orientations
  • Identify outstanding completions
  • Maintain compliance across teams

🛠️ Fixes & Improvements

Company Join Experience Fix

We resolved an issue where workers were prompted to select a company again after scanning an Orientation QR code multiple times. This fix prevents duplicate profiles and improves the onboarding experience.

Improved Document Download Names

Downloaded documents are now automatically named correctly, making them easier to organize and locate.
