Viewing and Signing a Shared Form
When someone shares a form with you, whether it's still a draft or already submitted, you can view it and sign it directly from Salus Mobile.
Viewing a Shared Form
- Open Forms.
- Tap the Shared tab.
- Tap the form you want to view.
Each entry shows who shared it with you, its site, and a status: Signed if you've already signed it, or For Signature if it's still waiting on yours.
Signing a Shared Form
- With the shared form open, tap Signatures at the top of the screen.
This opens a list of everyone who needs to sign, showing Not signed or Signed on [date] next to each name. Use the search bar or the All/Signed toggle to find who you're looking for.
- Tap yourself, or the worker who needs to sign.
On the signature screen:
- Choose Draw or Type, then sign in the box. Use Clear if you need to start over.
- Optionally, tap Add Comment to include a note.
- Tap Submit Signature.
Note: A new signature is saved to your profile automatically, so it's ready to reuse next time. You can change this in Settings.
Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. From the Signatures list, you can select any worker who still needs to sign, not just yourself.
Do I have to leave a comment when signing?
No, Add Comment is optional.
I don't see the form that was shared with me. What should I do?
Pull down on the Shared tab to refresh the list.
Will my new signature be saved for next time?
Yes, by default. You can change this behavior in Settings if you'd rather draw a fresh signature each time.
