Create and send a new action

Steps | Create action items from the main menu

1. Click on "Actions" in the main menu and then click on +Create Action Item.

2. Fill out all the fields and click Send Action.

Steps | Create action items from the form

1. Click on "Forms" in the main menu and then click on a Form.

2. Click on any flag icon within the form to create action items.

3. Fill out all of the fields and click on Send Action.
