Submitted tab 

Key features include:

  • + Create Action Item
    Creates a new Action Item by collecting the base details you enter, and adds it to the table for tracking.
  • Action icons
    • Open in browser
      Opens the action item for you to add comments, with the option to mark it as completed.

Note: If you need to mark the Action Item as complete, this is the area where you do it. Even if the Status of an Action Item is Complete, you can still add comments through this icon.

  • Share
    Shares the post to your selected worker(s). Once done, this adds them as someone who’s also assigned to the Action Item.

Note: When a worker is newly assigned to an Action Item, they’ll receive the Action in their Inbox of their mobile app.

  • Edit
    Opens the core information about the Action Item for editing.
    Fields include: Site, Assigned to, Type, Due Date, Priority, Comments and Actions.

Subcontractor tab

The Subcontractor tab mirrors that of the Submitted tab, but reflects the actions assigned to a subcontractor’s workers.

Types tab

The Types tab lists the types of Action Items available, which can be assigned to the actions created. The Types tab allows you to manage these categories, change their names, and add new types if needed.

For example, Hazard, Incident, Repairs, Quality can all be added as “Types” of Action Items.

There’s the option to toggle and set a Type as Inactive or Active. When Active, a Type of Action Item will be available for any team members to use when creating a New Action Item.
