Actions on the Salus platform, summarizes and tracks corrective action items which are created and assigned when workers fill out forms and create corrective actions on Salus Mobile. The details are collated in this central area for tracking purposes with all entries kept in the table for the length of the project. These are marked by status to be Action Required or Completed.

This allows you, (as the Company Admin) to see what’s been completed and what hasn’t, allowing you quick options to filter the tables of data available to see what’s over due for follow-up.

Actions in this area include:

  • Creating a new Action Item
  • Viewing existing Action Items
  • Adding comments to existing Action Items (to show work in progress)
  • Changing the status of Action Items to Complete
  • Changing or adding who the Action Item is assigned to (can be workers or subcontractors)

Note: Any changes to Action Items will automatically notify those assigned to them.
