If you're unable to sign in to your Salus account due to a forgotten password, don’t worry—there are multiple secure methods available to help you regain access.
⚠️ Important: For security reasons, Salus administrators and Company Administrators cannot reset or edit passwords on behalf of users.
🛠️ Sign-In Recovery Options
1. Forgot Password
Reset your password in just a few steps:
- Click Forgot Password? on the login screen.
- Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
- Create a new password and log in.
2. Send Code to Email
Sign in without resetting your password:
- Select Send Code to Email.
- A one-time verification code will be sent to your registered email.
- Enter the code to access your account.
3. Sign in a Different Way
Use your registered phone number to authenticate:
- Choose Sign in a Different Way.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity via sending code to phone number if available.
