If you're unable to sign in to your Salus account due to a forgotten password, don’t worry—there are multiple secure methods available to help you regain access.

⚠️ Important: For security reasons, Salus administrators and Company Administrators cannot reset or edit passwords on behalf of users.


🛠️ Sign-In Recovery Options

1. Forgot Password

Reset your password in just a few steps:

  • Click Forgot Password? on the login screen.
  • Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
  • Create a new password and log in.

2. Send Code to Email

Sign in without resetting your password:

  • Select Send Code to Email.
  • A one-time verification code will be sent to your registered email.
  • Enter the code to access your account.

3. Sign in a Different Way

Use your registered phone number to authenticate:

  • Choose Sign in a Different Way.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity via sending code to phone number if available.
