Switching Companies in Salus
Overview
If you're part of more than one organization using Salus, you can switch between them quickly, on either desktop or mobile.
On the Website
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Change Company.
- You'll see a list of every company you're associated with.
- Click the company you'd like to switch to.
On Mobile
- Tap My Toolkit in the Main Menu.
- Scroll down until you see Change Company, and tap it.
- Select the company you'd like to switch to, or tap the option to join a new one.
What Happens Next
Once you switch, everything you see, your sites, forms, and data, updates to reflect the company you switched to. You can switch back at any time using the same steps.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I join a new company from the same screen?
On mobile, yes, the Change Company screen includes an option to join a new company. On desktop, this screen only lists companies you're already associated with.
What happens to my data when I switch companies?
Your view updates to show the sites, forms, and data for whichever company you've switched to. Nothing from your other companies is deleted, it's just not what you're viewing at that moment.
Is switching companies available on both desktop and mobile?
Yes, both platforms support it, just through slightly different menus.
Do I need special permission to switch companies?
No. Any user associated with more than one company can switch between them using these steps.
