Best Practices
When creating a compliance module in SALUS, there are three different types to choose from. This article breaks them down 1-by-1 and explains what they are for and when they should be used.
Sites & Users
What is it for?
- Define and track compliance per individual user
- Further breakdown per site is also possible but not required
Use Cases:
- Tracking compliance for workers who are moving around to different sites
- You want to make sure their forms are getting submitted on a regular cadence but it might not matter which site they are on
Site
What is it for?
- Define and track compliance for a particular site without selecting users
Use Cases:
- Tracking compliance for a specific site
- You want to make sure forms are getting submitted on a regular cadence for a particular site, but it doesn’t matter who it is being submitted by
Form Review
What is it for?
- Define and track form reviews for any form that has been flagged as “Review Required”
- Workers selected are the ones that are meant to be reviewing the forms
- Both worker(s) and site(s) must be selected
Use Case:
- You have forms set to “Review Required” and you want to ensure that these reviews are being done.
