Compliance is an area for you to create modules to track the compliance of documents and/or form completion overall, or for a set period of time. These modules are set up as a view into existing data on the platform, to summarize how you’re tracking against completion targets. In other words, what you’re supposed to be achieving.

For example, let’s say you’re interested in seeing the compliance of a daily hazard assessment form which every worker needs to fill in each day for a 5 day work week. For 10 identified workers your goal for this would be 50 forms for the week. The compliance module measures how many forms are submitted against this goal of 50.

Compliance of how documents and forms are used, can be tracked against the site or individual users. There’s also the option to track forms individually as well, and their use across a site/sites.

For Compliance, key features and actions include:

  • Compliance module panels
Summarized view of your compliance modules. Completion data is measured against targets. Drill in further by clicking on the panel itself which shows detailed information, and allows you to filter the results. Clicking into the module shows:
    • Overall compliance (as a percentage)
    • Document compliance (as a number)
    • Form compliance (as a number)
    • Completion of daily forms, weekly forms and monthly forms (as a percentage)
    • Signed Document completion against the target number
    • Signed Form completion against the target number

Note: Document and form completion can also be filtered down to be measured per worker if this option was set up when the module was created.
