The Inbox contains alerts, which are highlighted on the interface to keep you up to date with your actions and notifications. The ability to send notifications are enabled for every user role on the Salus Platform as a default – these can be turned off for an individual in the worker profile settings if required.
Interface
- Action Filters
Lists the corrective actions that have been assigned to you (for example, via forms). Click into them to view, and comment/action. Actions that are assigned to you will continue in a running list here. Once completed, the red icon notifications will disappear and the status will change to “Completed”, but the action item will remain in this area. - Message Feed
Messages and communications that are created by users of the Salus platform on site, and are pushed out to users to view here. This is a running list in your feed, with the option to archive these per device. - New Notification
Allows you to select a site, workers and create a notification to push out to your selected audience. There are further options to tag the notification as a particular type, and to a location. - Filter Icon
Use the Filter icon to filter by Site and Notification Type.
