Assets contains a list of the assets added to the platform for your company. This is the central area for you to manage and track each asset in the tabs provided. Typically, this area is used for vehicles and large pieces of equipment.

Note: One profile is set up per asset.

You can perform the following actions in the Assets area:

  • Add a new asset to the Active tab
  • Scan the asset using a QR Code
  • Archive Active assets or re-activate archived assets
  • Create categories to sort your assets for reporting purposes
  • Add, view and track upcoming maintenance requirements for all assets
  • Manage Active assets
    • View and add log entries to the Log Book
    • View and add log entries to the Maintenance Log
    • View forms associated with the asset
    • View and add reminders for the asset
    • Upload related documents to the asset
