Identifying When a Form Is Not Synced or Not Uploaded
When a form is created or edited during periods of limited or no data connectivity, it may not fully sync with the server. As a result, the form—or certain elements within it—will remain accessible only on the original device and may not be visible to other users.
To help identify such instances:
- A red cloud with a cross signifies the form was not uploaded.
- A red circle with an exclamation mark indicates the form has not yet finished syncing with the server.
To manually attempt a resync, open the form, then navigate to More… > Support > Resubmit Form. If this option is not available, alternative syncing methods can be found under More… > Support.
You can also review unsynced forms and related data by navigating to My Toolkit > Help and Support Manage > Unsynced Data. From here, you may view unsynced items, retry synchronization, or delete corrupted data if necessary.
