Webhooks can be created to automatically email forms across your entire company, not just a particular site. This can be useful for certain forms that must be seen right away no matter which site.
To create Webhooks:
- Click your name in the top right corner of your portal.
- From the dropdown, click “Company Settings”.
- Within Settings, click the “Webhooks” tab.
- Click “+Add Webhook”.
- From there, choose your hook from these three options:
- “On Create” (When a form is first started, not recommended in most cases)
- “On Pending” (When a Review Required form is submitted and needs approval)
- “Completed” (When a form is fully completed and submitted)
- Next, choose from either Form Type or Form. “Form Type” will enable you to select all forms under a type (i.e. First Aid forms). “Form” will allow you to choose a specific form (i.e. First Aid Inspection Form).
7. After selecting your forms, choose “Email” under the “Send By” dropdown ("Post To URL" is for advanced links). - Enter the email recipient.
- Toggle Site Specific to select a site if needed.
