Exporting Forms, Documents, and Certificates

Salus provides options for exporting key items such as forms, documents, and certificates. This article outlines the steps for downloading each type of file so you can easily save and share your information.

📑 Downloading Forms

There are two primary ways to download forms in Salus:

1. From the Main Forms Page

  • Navigate to the Main Forms page.
  • Click on any form to open it.
  • Use the Download option within the open form.

2. From the Forms List

  • Go to the Forms List.
  • Locate the down arrow beside each form.
  • Click the arrow to download the form directly without opening it.

Mass Download via Email

  • Select multiple forms using the checkboxes on the left side of the list.
  • Choose the option to email the selected forms.
  • Salus will compile the selected forms into a single PDF.
  • You can include up to 50 forms at a time (or up to 100 forms, depending on form size).

📂 Downloading Documents

  • Navigate to the Documents section.
  • Select the file you wish to download.
  • Open the file.
  • Use the Download option to save it locally.

🎓 Downloading Certificates

  • Go to the Certificates section.
  • Select the option to open the certificate in a new tab.
  • Click Download Certificate to save it.

Salus allows you to export three main types of data:

  • Forms — via individual downloads or mass export through email.
  • Documents — downloaded directly after opening the file.
  • Certificates — downloaded after opening in a new tab.

These options make it simple to extract and retain your information from Salus for personal or organizational use.
