Rosie arrived in the mobile app with a full toolkit, webhooks learned to fire on conditions inside a form, documents became archivable and orientations can now be locked to a required order — plus 27 fixes.
June was the month Rosie stopped being a web feature. The iOS app got the whole assistant — building form templates, creating certificates and corrective actions, searching documents and signatures — and both apps learned to read certificate and image details from a photo. On the portal side, webhooks became conditional, documents became archivable, and orientations gained a required order.

Rosie comes to the mobile app

Rosie arrives in the iOS app with a real toolkit behind her. She can build a form template, create a certificate or a corrective action, and search your documents, signatures, orientations, orientation templates and corrective actions — all from chat. You can upload files to her, use slash commands to start a task, and mention records directly; her working steps collapse into a single line so the conversation stays readable.
Webhooks that fire on form conditions
Web
Webhooks can now be set to send only when conditions inside the form itself are met, rather than on every submission. You can also drop the values of form fields straight into the subject and body of the webhook email.
Archive documents and folders
Web
Documents and whole folders of them can be archived. Everything archived stays reachable in a new Archived tab on the documents page, and restoring one puts it back in the folder it came from.
Orientations in a required order
Web
Set the order of items in an orientation and tick the new “Complete in Order” checkbox, and workers have to finish each one before the next opens up.
Rosie writes documents
Rosie
Ask Rosie to draft a document or prepare a report and she produces it in the editor rather than as chat text. The download menu now offers three formats — plain PDF, styled PDF, or DOCX.
Certificate and image details filled in by AI
Mobile
Photograph a certificate or an image in the app and its details are read and filled in for you, on both iOS and Android.

Company codes are now eight digits
As part of ongoing platform security work, every company code has been scrambled and lengthened from five digits to eight. The join code field on web, iOS and Android accepts the new length.

A subcontractor of a subcontractor now appears in the company selection dropdown when you create a new profile.

Site access users see the five most recently created open corrective actions on the site dashboard. Android this month; iOS followed in August.

Suggested people in user pickers
User pickers — signing as someone else, Assigned To, filters, inbox messaging — put the people you pick most often at the top. Someone needs two prior signatures before they appear, and you can dismiss a suggestion you don't want.

Photos keep their location
Where it can be captured without asking for anything extra, a photo's location is stored with it — read from the image itself when uploaded, or from the device when taken in Salus. Web, iOS and Android.

Under the hood
No change you'll see. The month's foundation work was the first version of the agent framework that later features are built on, along with its authentication, admin configuration and run plumbing. Alongside it: tighter scoping on the company and user endpoints, company search locked down, email delivery tagging, dependency and test-coverage work on the PDF renderer, and an Android screen rebuilt on the newer UI toolkit.
This article covers customer-facing changes with a completion date in June 2026. Internal tooling, infrastructure and security work is summarised under "Under the hood" rather than listed. Dates are when the work was completed, which may be slightly ahead of when it reached your account.
