Webhook notifications can now include values from specific form fields in the email subject or body.
This makes it easier to surface important information directly in notifications without needing to open the associated form.
Site Tags for Webhooks
Webhook notifications can now be configured using Site Tags.
This allows you to manage notifications across groups of sites without creating individual rules for each site.
Reopen Corrective Actions
Corrective Actions can now be reopened after they've been closed.
Add comments, make updates, and re-notify assignees when additional follow-up is required.
Archive Actions
Actions can now be archived and moved to a dedicated Archived tab.
Archived actions remain accessible and can be restored at any time.

Rosie Can Analyze Form Photos
Rosie can now access photos attached to forms, allowing her to provide additional context and insights when answering questions or generating reports.
Share Rosie Tasks
Saved Rosie tasks can now be shared with other users in your company.
Other users can run shared tasks, but only the owner can modify them.
Scheduled Email Reports
You can now schedule Rosie tasks to run automatically and have the results delivered directly to your inbox.
This makes it easier to automate recurring reports and stay informed without manually running the same prompts.
Export Rosie Responses to PDF
You can now download Rosie responses as PDF files for sharing, reporting, or record keeping.
Save Chats as Reusable Tasks
Conversations with Rosie can now be saved as reusable tasks.
Saved tasks can be run on demand or scheduled to run automatically.
Enhanced Document Creation & Editing
Rosie can now make changes to documents she has previously created.
We've also expanded her document generation capabilities to support a wider range of business and operational documents.
Voice-to-Form
Workers can now use voice input in the mobile app to complete forms.
Simply speak naturally and SALUS will populate form fields in real time, reducing manual data entry and speeding up form completion.
