Logging in to Salus

Logging in to Salus

Overview

This article walks you through signing in to Salus, whether you're on a desktop or laptop browser, or the Salus mobile app. The steps are nearly identical on both.

These instructions assume you already have a Salus account. If you don't, click Create an account on the login page to get started.

Desktop or Laptop

https://portal.salussafety.io
  1. Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) and go to portal.salussafety.io.
  2. In the Email or Phone field, enter the email or phone number for your Salus account, then click Next.
  3. Enter your Password (tap the eye icon to show or hide it as you type), then click Continue.
  4. If you have multi-factor authentication (MFA) turned on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, then click Verify.

Can't remember your password? Click Send code to [your email] for a one-time login code, or Forgot Password? to reset it.

Tip: Bookmark the Salus login page in your browser for quicker access next time.

Mobile App (Android and Apple)

  1. Download the Salus app: App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Open the app and tap Get Started.
  2. Tap the Email or Phone field, enter the email or phone number for your Salus account, then tap Next.
  3. Enter your Password (tap the eye icon to show or hide it), then tap Continue.
  4. If you have MFA turned on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, then tap Verify.

Can't remember your password? Tap Send code to [your email] for a one-time login code, or Forgot Password? to reset it.

What Happens Next

Once you're signed in, you'll land on your Salus dashboard, ready to complete forms, access documentation, and manage your day-to-day safety work, whether you're on desktop or mobile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sign in with either my email or my phone number?

Yes, either works in the same field.

What's the difference between "Send code" and "Forgot Password?"

"Send code" emails you a one-time code to log in without your password. "Forgot Password?" lets you reset your password entirely.

Why am I being asked for a 6-digit code after my password?

This means multi-factor authentication (MFA) is turned on for your account. See "Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA)" for details.

Is the login process different between the app and the browser?

No, both follow the same steps: enter your email or phone, then your password (or a one-time code), plus an MFA code if you have that enabled.
