Site Orientations

What is the new Site Orientations update?

The update enhances visibility of site orientation compliance. It allows you to track whether workers have completed and signed orientation forms for specific sites, ensuring all workers are properly oriented.

Why is this update beneficial for managing my site?

This update helps you quickly ensure that all workers have completed necessary site orientations, reducing the risk of safety incidents and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. It also saves time by making it easy to identify and address gaps in orientation completion.

How can I see if a worker has completed their site orientation?

In the Sites > Workers view, there's a new column indicating if a worker has signed at least one orientation form. Additionally, in each worker's profile under the Sites > Workers > Orientations tab, you can see all the orientation forms they have signed for that site.

What should I do if I see a worker hasn't completed their site orientation?

If a worker hasn't signed an orientation form, you should ensure they complete the necessary orientation as soon as possible to maintain site compliance and safety standards.

What happens if a worker is deactivated and then re-activated?

If a worker is deactivated and later re-activated, their orientation form signatures are retained. You won’t need to redo their orientation records.

Can I view the details of the orientation forms a worker has signed?

Yes, the Sites > Workers > Orientations tab shows a list of all orientation forms they have signed for that specific site, providing detailed compliance records.
