Add a Signature to Your Profile
Overview
Your signature in Salus is used when you sign documents and forms in the app. You can add it once to your profile and it will be applied automatically whenever a signature is required.
You can draw your signature using your finger, or type it as text.
Steps
- Tap My Toolkit in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap My Profile.
- Scroll down within the Personal Details section and tap Add Signature.

- Choose how you want to create your signature:
- Draw (selected by default): use your finger to draw your signature in the canvas area.
- Type: tap the Type option and type your name. Salus converts it to a signature style automatically.
- If you make a mistake, tap Clear in the top right corner to start over.
- Tap Submit Signature.
You are returned to the My Profile screen. Your signature now appears in the Personal Details section as a preview inside a dashed box.
- Tap Update at the bottom of the screen to save your profile.
Note: If you have not yet filled in your Recovery Email and Recovery Phone, Salus will highlight those fields in red when you tap Update. Complete those required fields first, then tap Update again to save.
What Happens Next
Your signature is saved to your profile. The next time a form or document requires your signature, Salus will apply it automatically without prompting you to draw it again.
You can update your signature at any time by returning to My Profile and tapping the signature preview to replace it.
Frequently Asked Questions
I tapped Update but it didn't save. What's wrong?
Check if Recovery Email and Recovery Phone are highlighted in red. These fields are required before your profile can be saved. Fill them in and tap Update again.
Can I type my signature instead of drawing it?
Yes. On the signature screen, tap the Type option on the right side. Type your name and Salus will render it as a signature automatically.
Can I change my signature later?
Yes. Go to My Toolkit, tap My Profile, and tap the signature preview in the Personal Details section to replace it.
I don't see the Add Signature button. What should I do?
Make sure you are in the Personal Details section of My Profile and scroll down past the Birth Date field. The Add Signature button appears just below Birth Date.
