Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Edit Site and Details?

Edit Site contains the core fields required to identify and locate the site: name, type, address, and settings like Private Site and Geo Check-In. Details contains supplementary fields for internal tracking, emergency information, and system integrations. None of the Details fields are required.

What does Geo Check-In do?

When Geo Check-In is enabled, Salus uses the worker's device location to check them in and out of the site automatically. Workers do not need to scan a QR code or take any manual action.

Can I change the site name after creation?

Yes. Update the Site Name field on the Edit Site tab and click Update to save.

I don't see the Settings option in the site menu. What's wrong?

You may not have the permissions needed to manage site settings. Contact your Salus admin to confirm your account has the correct access level.

What are the Auto Emails for?

Auto Emails let you set up automated emails that send when a site form is completed. You can configure the recipient, the trigger interval, and which forms are included. See the related article below for that workflow.
